Each department is responsible for its day-to-day operations, and coordinating and cooperating with the other departments. While ensuring the interdepartmental teamwork necessary to seamlessly support the customer, the managers of each department focus on the effectiveness and efficiency of their department.
Highway Trailer Sales's officers and managers, including the department heads, constitute our operations team, which provides overall direction to corporate efforts. In addition, our Administration Department maintains all administrative support and service functions such as finance, accounting, personnel and facilities.
